That's pretty much what I thought. It explains why everything is a bit wonky. They didn't have time to get into a reasonable position before I noticed them.
I can tell they were caught off guard but again, don't be fooled. That whole wonky thing is just part of the act.
What if you turned around, then looked back and suddenly they were all frozen with knives in their hands
The don't freeze once the knives come out. That's when you run.
