Well I like the happy spin you put on it :) I am sure it is delicate and lovely for some, but for me all I can say is this getting older sucks!
I think I am just like that space shuttle, ready to be put out to pasture! Sad.

Cultural beliefs also shape how we feel about being older. It changes as our population changes. I think the Nordic countries do the most to keep their aging populations engaged and part of society.
Embrace it and make it work for you when you get there. :))
