Hello everyone,

Recently I posted how I made a vintage shirt and I shared the process of how I got it done.
This morning I will be sharing with us how I fixed the buttons using button covering machine.

BUTTON COVERING MACHINE

This is a multi functional machine that comes with diet which enables different sizes to make different sizes buttons.

I used this machine together with snap fastener buttons.

A snap fastener (also called press stud ,
popper, snap or tich) is a pair of interlocking discs, made out of a metal or plastic, commonly used in place of traditional buttons to fasten clothing and for similar purposes. A circular lip under one disc fits into a groove on the top of the other, holding them fast until a certain amount of force is applied. Different types of snaps can be attached to fabric or leather by riveting with a punch and die set specific to the type of rivet snaps used.

PROCESS

First you Mark where you want to fix the button on the shirt, like I said earlier it's a pair, and they r fixed to the right and left side of the shirt marking the same spot for interlocking.
