Hola hive!! buenos días
Hace unos días estaba con mi vecinita en casa, ella viendo videos y yo por supuesto estudiando.. pero a ambas nos provocaba una merienda, y cerca no teníamos nada, así que a mi vecinita se le ocurrió la idea de usar su máquina de hacer minicupcakes, y hacer algunos para merendar. Ella estaba contenta de que yo descasara de los estudios un poco e hiciera una actividad con ella jajaj.
Así que nos pusimos en marcha para hacer estos minicupcakes sencillos. Para ello, usamos un poco de mantequilla, azúcar, leche, 2 huevos, harina, ralladura de limón y un poco de vainilla.

A few days ago I was with my little neighbor at home, she was watching videos and I was of course studying... but we were both in need of a snack, and we had nothing nearby, so my little neighbor came up with the idea of using her mini cupcake maker, and make some for a snack. She was happy for me to take a break from studying for a while and do an activity with her hahahah.
So we set out to make these simple mini cupcakes. For this, we used some butter, sugar, milk, 2 eggs, flour, lemon zest and a little vanilla.
En cuanto al proceso, empezamos a batir primero la azúcar y la mantequilla, esperando que esta se tornara cremosa. Luego le fuimos agregando uno a uno los huevos, seguimos batiendo y agregamos un chorrito de vainilla. Poco a poco vamos incorporando la leche y la harina.
As for the process, we started beating the sugar and butter first, waiting for it to become creamy. Then we added the eggs one by one, continued beating and added a dash of vanilla. Little by little we incorporated the milk and the flour.
Añadimos la ralladura de limón y mezclamos. A este punto ya olía riquísimo la casa y la mezcla estaba deliciosa!!! Sencilla, pero deliciosa.
Add the lemon zest and mix. At this point, the house smelled delicious and the mixture was delicious! Simple, but delicious.
Luego nos fuimos a la máquina de hacer cupcakes, los moldes eran súper chiquitos, es que es una máquina para niños. Le colocamos los capacillos y añadimos la mezcla a cada uno. Cerramos y dejamos que pasen unos minutos.
Then we went to the cupcake machine, the molds were super small, it is a machine for children. We put the cupcake liners and added the mixture to each one. We closed them and let them pass a few minutes.
La verdad se hicieron demasiado rápido, así quedaron nuestros minicupcakes para merendar esa tarde!! Hicimos dos rondas pero volaron inmediatamente lol, creo que a la gente le gusto.
A mí me gustaron bastante, estaban esponjosos y de sabor riquísimos también! y me gustó mucho más lo fácil y divertido que fue todo el proceso.
The truth is they were done too fast, this is how our mini cupcakes turned out for snacking that afternoon!!! We made two rounds but they flew immediately lol, I think people liked them.
I liked them very much, they were fluffy and tasty too! and I liked even more how easy and fun the whole process was.
