Fake positivity is a flimsy mask, problems and issues if not dealt with only increase over time, if you do not lift the fake posivity to let people know no one can help you. If you do not address problems and issues they will consume you as they build.
You said it here perfectly... Fake positivity will not solve issues if we don't take action and do the hard work... and also, noone will help us if we don't let them in...
