Goals will show you the direction and move you forward step by step, but conduct gives you the right work to make you win.
I have just watched another post (actually a vlog) about goals, and I wrote something like that as a comment! Goals are good as a direction, but there is a lot of small steps which you have to make to get there... Also, small, short term goals are good for that!
