In this post, I want to share my activities exploring some places that I found particularly challenging and had beautiful views. On a weekend when we didn't have much of a morning routine, we were drawn to enjoying the fresh air at the top, at a higher elevation.
We set off on an adventure motorcycle tour. "This time it's going to be quite challenging," I thought to myself, curious. We began exploring the city and headed towards the lake. It was a bright morning, and we were sure to see a beautiful lake, reflecting the light of the blue sky, and the water looking as bright as the blue sky.
Not far from town, I began to see a beautiful lake. I stopped by the side of the road near a rice paddy. When I took a picture, it turned out to be a beautiful picture. The green rice paddy against the blue sky, lake, and mountains made me forget to see this beauty, especially when I captured it with my phone camera.
Where I was standing was on a road near TELUK MENDALE BAY, Takengon. This village has several beautiful spots to view the lake. Nearly every lakeside spot has tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafes built aesthetically to match the natural and lake themes.
I only watched from afar, not touching or visiting these beautiful places directly. Our goal was to explore the summit, which was about 3 kilometers from where I had photographed the rice fields.
Our goal was to reach the forest and summit area, which is geographically located in Jongok Bathin village, a village with several beautiful peaks for nature exploration. I was drawn to explore every side of the hills near this road. The road was still pristine and cool, as large trees still grew on the hillsides, although some areas were coffee plantations owned by local residents.
As usual, because this is a hilly area, we had to navigate winding roads and uphill climbs. The hilltop in this village is a popular tourist destination on weekends, mostly visited by local tourists.
One of the things I liked was seeing the peak area free of trash. According to information, the local Regent is promoting a clean city program, making the city environmentally friendly. Once at the summit, we entered an area of pine trees. These dense pine trees probably thrive in highland areas like Takengon.
At almost every turn, we saw towering pine trees, seemingly thriving in the cold climate. Their leaves were thick, and their trunks and branches seemed to spread widely. This was just one side of the many pine trees that could grow wild on this hillside. These pine trees slightly obstructed our view of the lake, their leaves and branches blocking the view of the city and the lake.
So, we continued walking and had to leave this side to find another, wider, more expansive spot for a panoramic view. Not far from the forest edge, we found a peak and a large, bare area of land, devoid of undergrowth, in the BUR PEPYLON area.
Although there are pine trees, they don't obscure the panoramic view of the city, making this a beautiful and beautiful spot. Several large rocks appear to be piled up, as if embedded in the ground, appearing strong and sturdy, partially submerged.
It's like a rocky hill; these large boulders appear challenging, and that's what's interesting and makes this place even more beautiful and unique. In another corner, several split rocks are arranged to form a seating area, perfect for relaxing with coffee, snacks, and a panoramic view of the nature and forest.
Not far from there, on a higher elevation, about 500 meters up, is another interesting spot to stop, one that appears to have been developed as a tourist area. I noticed a small cafe here, but it was closed that day, perhaps because it was still too early.
There's a small area with chairs and tables, a spot under the trees, and green grass as a backdrop, while the view is beautiful. A spot like a short wooden bridge, a great spot for photos, further attracts visitors. The beauty is what matters. Food and drink are less important, but for the owners, their location in a scenic area is advantageous for their cafe, allowing them to open and sell food there.
Here, it's called BUR GUTUL, a place where we can see the beauty of the lake, mountains, and city from a height, all of which look breathtaking. My wife and I enjoyed walking around and hiking to the top, where we found peace and the thrill of adventure in nature. Its beauty and nature were the ultimate reward for our exhaustion that day.

Pada postingan ini saya ingin berbagi postingan tentang aktivitas saya menelusuri beberapa tempat yang menurut saya sangat menantang dan memiliki view yang indah. Akhir pekan ketika kami sedang tidak memiliki banyak rutunitas di pagi hari, kami tertarik untuk menikmati udara segar di puncak, ditempat yang lebih tinggi.
Kamipun beranjak berkeliling ke beberapa tempat menggunakan sepeda motor Adventure, "kali ini akan cukup menantang", pikirku dalam hati dengan rasa penasaran. Kami mulai menelusuri kota dan menuju ke arah danau, pagi yang cerah, kami pasti akan melihat danau yang indah dengan pantulan cahaya langit biru dan air danau tampak secerah langit yang membiru.
Ketika tidak jauh dari kota, saya sudah mulai melihat danau yang indah, saya berhenti di pinggir jalan, di dekat sawah, ketika saya potret, itu akan menjadi hasil gambar yang indah. Hijaunya sawah dengan latar langit biru, danau dan pegunungan membuat saya lalai melihat keindahan ini, terlebih lagi ketika itu diabadikan sebagai gambar menggunakan kamera ponsel.
Tempat saya berdiri ini adalah di sebuah jalan dekat dengan TELUK MENDALE, Takengon, desa ini memiliki beberapa spot yang indah untuk melihat danau. Hampir disetiap pinggir danau terdapat tempat wisata, resto dan cafe yang dibangun dengan estetik menyesuaikan tema alam dan danau.
Saya hanya melihat dari jauh, tidak menjamah atau mendatangi secara langsung ke tempat-tempat yang indah itu. Karena tujuan kami adalah untuk menjelajah ke puncak, jaraknya sekitar 3 kilometer lagi dari tempat saya memotrer sawah tadi.
Tujuannya adalah menuju kearea hutan dan puncak yabg secara geografis terletak di desa Jongok Bathin, desa yang memiliki beberapa spot puncak yang indah untuk menjelajah alam. Saya tertarik untuk menelusuri setiap sisi perbukitan yang ada didekat jalan ini, jalanan yang masih asri dan adem, karena pohon-pohon besar masih tumbuh di lereng bukit, meskipun beberapa area lainnya adalah perkebunan kopi warga.
Seperti biasa, karena ini adalah wilayah perbukitan, jalan jalan berbelok dan tanjakan mesti kami lewati terlebih dahulu. Puncak bukit yang ada di desa ini menjadi destinasi wisata yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan pada akhir pekan, kebanyakan adalah wisatawan lokal.
Salah satu hal yang saya sukai adalah ketika melihat area puncak yang tidak memiliki sampah, menurut informasi, Bupati setempat sedang menggalakkan program kota bersih dari sampah, menjadikan kota yang ramah lingkungan. Sesampai dipuncak, kami masuk ke area pepohonan pinus, pohon pinus yang lebat ini mungkin dapat tumbuh dengan baik di wilayah dataran tinggi seperti kota Takengon ini.
Hamir setiap sudut kami melihat tumbuh pohon pinus hingga menjulang tinggi, tampak tumbuh subur di area dingin, daunnya lebat, batangnya dan cabang tampaknya menyebar banyak. Ini adalah sebagian sisi dari banyaknya pohon pinus yang bisa tumbuh liar di area bukit ini. Pohon-pohon pinus ini sedikit menghalang penglihatan kita ke danau, daun-daun dan cabang batangnya menutupi pandangan ke sudut kota dan danau
Jadi, kami terus berjalan dan harus keluar dari sisi ini agar menemukan spot lain yang lebih luas dan terhampar untuk mendapati spot panorama. Tak jauh dari sisi hutan, kami mendapati sebuah puncak dan lahan kosong dengan area luas dan tidak terdapat semak belukar, berada di area BUR PEPYLON.
Meskipun ada juga pohon pinus, tapi tidak begitu menutupi panorama untuk melihat kota, disini adalah spot yang baik dan indah. Sejumlah bebatuan besar tampak bertumpuk seperti tertancap di dalam tanah, tampak kuat dan kokoh menenggelamkan sebagian tubuhnya ke tanah.
Ini seperti perbukitan batu, batu-batu besar ini tampak menantang dan itulah hal yang menarik dan membuat tempat ini menjadi lebih indah dan identik. Di sudut lain, beberapa batu yang telah dibelah disusun menjadi seperti tempat duduk, sangat cocok untuk bersantai sambil minum kopi, snack dan melihat panorama alam dan hutan.
Tak jauh dari situ di bagian yang lebih tinggi di atas, sekitar 500 meter ke ata ada tempat lain yang menarik untuk disinggahi, tempat yang tampaknya telah dikelola sebagai area wisata. Disini saya melihat ada sebuah cafe kecil, tetapi pada hari itu mereka tutup, mungkin karena masih terlalu pagi.
Ada area yang tidak terlalu luas, mereka menyediakan kursi dan meja, tempat dibawah pepohonan, rumput hijau sebagai alas, sementara itu dihadapannya adalah pemandangan yang indah. Sebuah spot seperti jembatan pendek dibuat dari kayu, tempat yang bagus untuk berfoto, ini semakin menarik minat pengunjung, yang dicari adalah keindahan, makanan dan minuman adalah hal lain yang tidak begitu penting, tapi bagi pemiliki, posisi mereka di area untuk melihat keindahan adalah hal yang menguntungkan untuk cafe mereka, membuka cafe dan menjual makanan disini.
Disini, namanya adalah BUR GUTUL, tempat dimana kita dapat melihat keindahan danau, pegunungan dan kota dari ketinggian, semuanya tampak menakjubkan. Saya dan istri saya merasa senang bisa berkeliling dan berjalan hingga ke puncak, tempat dimana kami bisa menemukan kedamaian dan sensasi berpetualang di alam, dimana alam dan keindahannya adalah sebuah bayaran yang paling mahal dari rasa lelah kami pada hari itu.
