How To Relax When You Are Feeling Stressed

Hey hive friends!! How are you all??
Okay soo our today's topic is "Stress".
But not actually only Stress but also how to relax when you feel stressed.

Soo first let's talk about stress! Why we take stress? How it affect our mind and body? How to overcome with stress? We will discuss all these below–

Let's first talk about Stress. Stress is actually a feeling of emotional and physical tension. It can come from anywhere and makes us feel angry and frustrated.

Why we take Stress? Let's discuss about this. All the age group started taking stress for small things. We humans can take stress about anything if our work is not done on time we started taking stress about that, teenagers are taking stress about to choose which subject or field, men took stress about their work, family.
Sometimes what happen we just get annoyed by little things, work or get frustrated and just don't want to do the work and want a day off or get rid off but we know we can't and at this stage we started getting annoyed and this changes to stress.

Now let's talk about, How it affect our body? If we take stress on our mind this will affect our mind plus heart and many other body parts. And sometimes it may lead to depression, and death too. After knowing this we get anxited what to do know?

There are tips below to reduce stress-

  1. Control on yourself, your anger.
  2. Be patient.
  3. Be calm, relax yourself.
  4. Listen soft music.
  5. Go for a walk.
  6. Don't over think too much.
  7. Meditation: The most important tip you can follow to reduce your stress. Doing meditation is best for everything. It releases out stress, bad abuses and makes us feel fresh and healthy.

  8. Give yourself time: Sometimes we just get tired of doing work so at this moment we shall give us a time to know about yourself. We should go there, where only peace, greenery are found.
