Today I went with my friend to the municipal office to register the name of her new baby and she asked me to be a witness. We had an appointment at 12 pm at the municipal office of Pitillal in Puerto Vallarta. In fact we only put our signature on several papers, and after we waited about 15 minutes and the responsible gave him his birth certificate with his name, Iam Noe. It's been a long time since I took a baby in my arms, but it seems that I haven't lost the trick, because the baby in my arms wasn't crying.
