Amigos, hoy les enseñaré a realizar un hermoso separador de libros y lo mejor es que es súper práctico y sencillo, yo lo hice usando material de reciclaje y cositas que tenia en casa sin usar.

Friends, today I will show you how to make a beautiful book divider and the best thing is that it is super practical and simple, I made it using recycled material and little things I had at home without using.
Materiales // Materials
- Foami
- Papel blanco bond
- 2 paletas de madera de 10cm
- 25cm de cinta (1cm de ancho)
- Tijeras
- Silicon
- Lápiz
- Marcador negro punta fina
- Foami
- White bond paper
- 2 wooden pallets of 10cm
- 25cm of ribbon (1cm wide)
- Scissors
- Silicon
- Pencil
- Black fine tip marker
¡Comencemos! // Let's start!
Paso 1: Vamos a tomar las paletas de madera y las vamos a pegar cuidadosamente con silicon, luego le vamos a pegar la cinta en todo el centro a lo largo por ambos lados dejando sobresalir unos 5cm.
Step 1: We are going to take the wooden pallets and glue them carefully with silicone, then we are going to glue the ribbon all along the center on both sides leaving about 5cm protruding.
Paso 2: En el foami vamos a dibujar con el lápiz un pulpo de aproximadamente 6cm de largo y 6cm de ancho, luego lo recortamos con las tijeras, vamos ahora a dibujar en el papel blanco dos círculos pequeños de 1cm aproximadamente para hacer los ojitos de nuestro pulpo, los recortamos y procedemos a remarcar los bordes con el marcador y le damos el efecto de un ojo haciéndole otro circulo con el marcador para simular el centro del mismo.
Step 2: In the foami we are going to draw with the pencil an octopus of approximately 6cm long and 6cm wide, then we cut it with the scissors, we are now going to draw in the white paper two small circles of approximately 1cm to make the eyes of our octopus, we cut them and we proceed to mark the edges with the marker and we give the effect of an eye making another circle with the marker to simulate the center of the same one.
Paso 3: Ahora amigos vamos a pegar los ojos al pulpo y con el marcador le vamos a hacer las cejas y la boca. También vamos a hacerle pequeños puntos en los tentáculos y en el cuerpo.
Step 3: Now friends we are going to glue the eyes to the octopus and with the marker we are going to make the eyebrows and the mouth. We are also going to make small dots on the tentacles and on the body.
Paso 4: Seguidamente pegamos el pulpo en un extremo de la paleta y recortaremos dos círculos pequeños de igual tamaño para pegarlos en la punta de la cinta que dejamos sobresalir.
Step 4: Next we glue the octopus on one end of the palette and cut out two small circles of the same size to glue them on the tip of the ribbon that we left sticking out.
Y ya habremos terminado nuestro separador de libros...
And we will have finished our book divider...
