Mangoes are a natural love for all of us and so is mango ice cream. And for those who love roohafza, what could be better than its flavour in the ice cream. So I prepared both of these, with just 3 ingredients - Cream, Milk powder and flavour (Mango/Roohafza). No added sugar given these ingredients have enough sweetness of their own. And these turned out to be my escape from the summer recipes. A quick and easy recipe to break the summer heat.
