Tomar el transporte público cuidando las medidas de bioseguridad no es nada fácil cuando vemos que hay personas que no cuidan estos detalles, en fin entre el trabajo y atender a los niños fue bastante agotador... pero después de un día cómo este lo que merecemos es algo relajante, y que mejor que elaborar una mascarilla facial casera para aplicarla antes de dormir.

La mascarilla que elabore hoy es para exfoliarse, esto ayuda a despejar tu piel, a liberarla de las impurezas, el acné y puntos negros, eliminando todas las células muertas acumuladas para proporcionarle una mayor suavidad y brillo al cutis. Es muy fácil de elaborar, solo necesitan 2 ingredientes: café y una crema hidratante de tu preferencia, en este caso yo aplicaré la de marca renedesses que es muy buena.

Aplicación
- Como toda mascarilla antes de colocarse, debes desmaquillarte en caso de tener maquillaje, lavarte el rostro con agua y jabón, no dejar rastro de jabón y luego aplica la mezcla realizando suaves movimientos circulares, se debe dejar por 20 minutos para luego retirarla con agua templada.
