In a previous post, I narrated you one of the astral trips that I have had, and I told you that sometimes I restrained myself from talking about these experiences because many people did not take it seriously; but the truth is that I have seen that this kind of episodes happen to many people. Let’s remember that astral projection, as it is also known, refers to the separation of the subtle body, soul or consciousness of the physical body. Here goes one of my experiences.
En un post anterior les narré uno de los viajes astrales que he tenido, les comentaba que a veces me cohibía de hablar sobre estas experiencias porque muchas personas no lo tomaban en serio; pero lo cierto es que he visto que este tipo de episodios le suceden a muchas personas. Recordemos que la proyección astral, como también se le conoce, se refiere al desdoblamiento del cuerpo sutil, alma o conciencia del cuerpo físico. Aquí les relato una de mis experiencias.
It was 4 am, I lost sleep due to some noises coming from outside my house, I wanted to fall asleep again and in that I began to experience a paralysis; although I cannot move during the paralysis, I remain aware of everything that happens around me, or at least that is how I consider it, a few seconds before this, I feel a vibration throughout my body and my ears buzz, then my astral body begins to separate from my physical body and begins the journey. When I was a teenager and these episodes began to happen to me, I felt a bit of fear and uncertainty, but over time I learned that none of this is dangerous or represents a risk, it is a projection of consciousness and some other say it is a mental projection.
Eran las 4 am, perdí el sueño por unos ruidos que venían del exterior de mi casa, yo quise volver a conciliar el sueño y en eso empecé a experimentar una parálisis; aunque no puedo moverme durante la parálisis, me mantengo consciente de todo lo que sucede a mi alrededor, o al menos así lo considero yo, unos segundos previos a esta, siento una vibración en todo mi cuerpo y mis oídos zumban, entonces mi cuerpo astral comienza a separase de mi cuerpo físico e inicia el viaje. Cuando era una adolescente y me comenzaron a suceder estos episodios sentía un poco de temor e incertidumbre pero con el tiempo aprendí que nada de esto es peligroso ni representa un riesgo, es una proyección de la conciencia y otros dicen que es una proyección mental.
I started to float around my room, and I decided to get out through the roof as soon as possible, since the sensation of flying is insurmountable and I wanted to experience it as long as possible. When I left my room I began to ascend rapidly, I no longer had control of my movements as it had happened to me in other trips, I kept going up faster than I would have liked, then I noticed how I was moving away from the earth and began to see its curvature until I went out into outer space.
There I had a spectacular view of the planet, it was beautiful, although I must admit that I was beginning to feel alone up there, I was hearing absolutely nothing, there was simply no sound, I couldn't feel the temperature of the environment either. At that moment I wanted to go down and reconnect with my physical body, since that loneliness was already causing me some anguish and discomfort, then I felt like I started to go down and in a few moments I was back in my bed.
Comencé a flotar alrededor de mi cuarto, y decidí salir por el techo lo más pronto posible, puesto que la sensación de volar es insuperable y yo quería experimentarlo el mayor tiempo posible. Al salir de mi habitación empecé a ascender rápidamente, ya no tenía el control de mis movimientos como me había sucedido en otros viajes, seguía subiendo más rápido de lo que hubiese deseado, entonces noté como iba alejándome de la tierra y comencé a ver su curvatura hasta salir al espacio exterior.
Allí tenía una vista espectacular del planeta, era hermoso, aunque debo admitir que me estaba empezando a sentir sola allá arriba, no escuchaba absolutamente nada, simplemente no había sonido, tampoco podía sentir la temperatura del ambiente. En ese momento quise bajar y reencontrarme con mi cuerpo físico, puesto que aquella soledad ya me estaba causando cierta angustia e incomodidad, entonces sentí como comencé a bajar y en unos pocos instantes ya estaba de vuelta en mi cama.
Some may wonder why I think that these experiences are about some kind of consciousness journey and not a simple dream, my answer would be that I just know it; a dream is different, during astral projection you are aware of everything that happens around you and you can even interact with the environment. Algunos se preguntaran por qué creo que estas experiencias se tratan de algún tipo de viaje de la conciencia y no es un simple sueño, mi respuesta sería que simplemente lo sé; un sueño es diferente, durante la proyección astral estás consciente de todo lo que pasa a tu alrededor e incluso puedes interactuar con el ambiente.
