El día de hoy quiero hablarles sobre la iniciativa creada por nuestro administrador @bluemist sobre las recompensas de #Hive en nuestras publicaciones y como nos sentimos con respecto a ellas.
Today I want to tell you about the initiative created by our admin @bluemist about #Hive rewards in our posts and how we feel about them.
No les miento también me uní a esta plataforma como la mayoría de los que estamos aquí por el DINERO. Es nuestro principal objetivo una vez que conocemos de esta comunidad.
I'm not lying to you, I also joined this platform like most of us here for the MONEY. It is our main objective once we get to know this community.
Creo que como muchos también me sentí frustrada en un principio al no recibir recompensas de inmediato, pensaba que se trataba solo de publicar y con eso obtendría miles de votos y ganaría dinero. Sin embargo no me costó mucho tiempo darme cuenta que esto no sería tan sencillo.
I think that like many I was also frustrated at first by not receiving immediate rewards, I thought it was just about publishing and with that I would get thousands of votes and earn money. However, it did not take me long to realize that this would not be so simple.
Comencé a investigar en la comunidad como las personas obtenían mejores recompensas, tome mi agenda y comencé a escribir todo lo que necesitaba saber para poder mejorar el contenido de mis publicaciones y obtener mayores recompensas
I started researching in the community how people get better rewards, I took my agenda and started writing everything I needed to know to be able to improve the content of my publications and obtain greater rewards
Al cabo de una semana las cosas fueron cambiando para mi, obtuve un mejor numero de recompensas pero pude percatarme de que muchas publicaciones a mi criterio no presentan un contenido de calidad y volví a sentirme un poco frustrada de nuevo, ya que cada post que realizo me toma tiempo, esfuerzo y dedicación, no soy de las que escribe en este blog por hacer un publicación si no porque lo que comparto será enriquecedor para las personas que me leen, cosas que no muchas personas hacen ver el trabajo de lo demás en esta comunidad.
After a week things were changing for me, I got a better number of rewards but I was able to realize that many publications in my opinion do not present quality content and I felt a little frustrated again, since each post I make It takes me time, effort and dedication, I am not one of those who writes in this blog to make a publication if not because what I share will be enriching for the people who read me, things that not many people make see the work of others in this community.
También me di cuenta que no es necesario tener miles de seguidores para obtener un buen voto remunerado. Sin embargo tener amistades en HIVE te ayuda crear un grupo de amigos con los que puedes formar colaboraciones para post, etc.
I also realized that you don't need to have thousands of followers to get a good paid vote. However, having friends in HIVE helps you create a group of friends with whom you can form collaborations for posts, etc.
- 1._Al igual que otras plataformas de redes sociales como Instagram y Facebook los votos y los comentarios que llegan a tus publicaciones deberían SUMAR y NO RESTAR dinero, cosa que sucede en #HIVE, ya que esto supone que tu post genero interacción en la plataforma.
