Saludos amigos, espero que se encuentren bien. El día de hoy una vecina muy especial esta de cumpleaños y quise darle una pequeña sorpresa, así que prepare un pequeño pastel y mi hijo y yo fuimos a llevárselo.
Greetings friends, I hope you are well. Today a very special neighbor is on her birthday and I wanted to give her a little surprise, so I made a cake and my son and I went to take it to her.
Esta receta es muy sencilla y requiere de pocos ingredientes, solo necesitaremos:
2 tazas de harina de trigo.
2 huevos.
2 Cucharadas de mantequilla.
1 taza de azúcar.
1 ½ taza de leche.
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear.
1 cucharadita de vainilla.
This recipe is very simple and requires few ingredients, we will only need:
2 cups of wheat flour.
2 eggs.
2 butter spoons.
1 cup of sugar.
1 ½ cup of milk.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Comenzamos mezclando la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que quede como una crema.
We start by mixing the butter with the sugar until it is like a cream.
Luego agregamos los huevos y mezclamos.
Then we add the eggs and mix.
Posteriormente añadimos la harina de trigo, polvo para hornear, vainilla, la leche poco a poco y seguimos mezclando hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
Later we add the wheat flour, baking powder, vanilla, milk little by little and continue mixing until we get a homogeneous mixture.
Vaciamos la mezcla en el molde previamente engrasado y enharinado y horneamos por 35 minuto a 180 ºC.
We pour the mixture into the previously greased and floured mold and bake for 35 minutes at 180 ºC.
Retiramos nuestro pastel de horno, desmoldar y dejamos enfriar.
We remove our cake from the oven, unmold and let it cool.
Decore a su gusto, ya tengo listo la pequeña sorpresa para mi vecina.
Decorate to your liking, I have ready the little surprise for my neighbor.
Aquí me encuentro con mi vecina deseándole un feliz cumpleaños y muchos mas años mas de vida.
