What would you bring to eat to Malomis Birthday?
Invitada a esta hermosa celebración de cumpleaños, súper feliz de poder aportar alguito, eso si a comer torta voy, porque tengo ganas de dulce, tanto tiempo aquí encerrada con esta pandemia ni a un cumpleaños me han invitado, así que tengo que aprovechar.

Estaba un poco sin ganas de escribir, casi que obligada para no dejar en blanco mis días, colocaba algunas fotos, pero no podía dejar ante tanto animo de la amiga @malomi para traerle un detallito significativo, con tanto entusiasmo que le ha puesto, termino logrando que me levantara a la cocina a o preparar mi especialidad, mi famoso quesillo.
I was a little unwilling to write, almost obliged not to leave my days blank, I put some photos, but I could not leave before so much encouragement from the friend @malomi to bring her a significant detail, with so much enthusiasm that she has put in, I end up achieving to get up to the kitchen to prepare my specialty, my famous quesillo.
Buscando por supuesto los ingredientes básicos los huevos, la leche, vainilla y azúcar son los elementos mínimos necesarios para poder realizar el quesillo. Déjenme contarles que la leche condensada se puso por las nubes así que cuando descubrí que lo podía hacer con leche normal, eso si echándole bastante azúcar resolví mi problema, quesillo resuelto.
Looking for the basic ingredients of course, eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar are the minimum elements necessary to make the cheese. Let me tell you that the condensed milk went through the roof so when I discovered that I could make it with normal milk, that if adding a lot of sugar I solved my problem, cheese solved.
A mezclar los ingredientes para tener listo mi quesillo espectacular para llevarlo a la gran fiesta de cumpleaños de la amiga, muy contenta como me quedaron, tuve que preparar varios por la cantidad de invitados que están programados a llegar. Mi gran secreto mucho amor en cada receta.

No me sentia de súper animo, pasan muchas cosas complicadas que leemos en el mundo y alrededor, pero me diste mucho animo, eres súper encantadora y me alegro mucho estar presente en tu cumpleaños @malomi y por supuesto mi mejor receta para ti, porque las tortas me quedan espantosas, sabrosas pero no crecen, ja, ja.
