Hello friends of HIVE, I thank @jennyze for inviting me to participate in "Creative Recycling Challenge" (Christmas), so I got down to work and decided to create a paper Christmas flower, they are very easy to do and you can do it with recycled paper. They are a very economical, fun and beautiful solution for decorating our home.
La flor de navidad las puedes hacer con papeles de colores o con folios blancos y dan un resultado estupendo, hoy les compartiré mi creación, espero que se animen a realizar algunos y los guinden en su árbol de navidad, les aseguro que les encantara esta idea tan divertida.
Los Materiales a usar son los siguientes:
Hojas de papel reciclado, lápiz, borrador, regla, pega o silicón y una tijera.
You can make the Christmas flower with colored paper or with white folios and they give a great result, today I will share my creation, I hope you are encouraged to make some and hang them on your Christmas tree, I assure you that you will love this idea so funny.
The Materials to use are the following:
Sheets of recycled paper, pencil, eraser, ruler, glue or silicone and a scissors.
Primer paso:
Tomamos una hoja de papel, en mi caso yo realice la flor con una hoja de revistas viejas, en la imagen tome una hoja blanca tipo carta, el tamaño se lo darán ustedes, para una flor grande como la que yo elabore, deben primero doblar la hoja y recortarla con una tijera, después de tener la mitad de la hoja vamos a doblar para formar un triángulo, el restante del papel lo picamos con la tijera y descartamos.
First step:
We take a sheet of paper, in my case I make the flower with a sheet of old magazines, in the image take a white letter type sheet, the size will be given by you, for a large flower like the one I make, you must first fold the sheet and cut it out with a scissors, after having half the sheet we are going to fold it to form a triangle, the rest of the paper we chop with the scissors and discard.
Segundo paso:
Después de tener el triángulo doble, volvemos a doblar, ahora tendremos un triángulo de 90 grados, en la parte de debajo de este triángulo, en la parte horizontal vamos a marcar unas líneas de 2 centímetros, así como se lo demuestro en la imagen, y trazaremos una línea justo en el ángulo del triángulo una línea vertical, de 1 centímetro después de haber picado con la tijera las lineas guías, con el borrador eliminamos estas lineas con mucho cuidado, así no se verán las lineas en el papel.
Second step:
After having the double triangle, we fold again, now we will have a 90 degree triangle, in the part below this triangle, in the horizontal part we are going to mark lines of 2 centimeters, as I show in the image, and we will draw a line just at the angle of the triangle, a vertical line, 1 centimeter after having cut the guide lines with the scissors, with the eraser we remove these lines very carefully, so the lines will not be seen on the paper.

Tercer paso:
Cuando ya tengamos estas líneas trazadas, uniremos las marcas con una línea perpendicular desde las marcas de 2 centímetros hasta la línea vertical, esta línea vertical nos servirá de referencia para no excedernos en el corte con la tijera, realizamos los cortes justo hasta donde marcamos la línea vertical, esto debe ser justo donde se realiza el segundo dobles del triangulo y de esta manera ya tendremos nuestro primer pétalo de la flor.
Third step:
When we already have these lines drawn, we will join the marks with a perpendicular line from the 2-centimeter marks to the vertical line, this vertical line will serve as a reference so as not to exceed the cut with the scissors, we make the cuts right up to where we marked the vertical line, this must be right where the second double of the triangle is made and in this way we will already have our first flower petal.
Cuarto paso:
Después de haber repetido este proceso seis veces, procederemos a unir las dos primeras puntas de adentro hacia afuera, seguidamente uniremos las terceras puntas, giramos y continuamos pegando las que faltan. Pegamos primero tres pétalos, luego pegamos los tres restantes y por último uniremos ambos, para que la flor quede bien unida, debemos pegar con el silicón cada pétalo, de esta forma la flor tendrá más resistencia.
Fourth step:
After having repeated this process six times, we will proceed to join the first two ends from the inside out, then we will join the third ends, turn and continue gluing the missing ones. We first glue three petals, then we glue the remaining three and finally we will join both, so that the flower is well united, we must glue each petal with the silicone, in this way the flower will have more resistance.
Si quieres tener una flor más pequeña, debes doblar la hoja, picarla en cuatro partes, y utilizara cada uno de estos cortes para realizar el triángulo, recuerda que se debe doblar nuevamente después de tener en triángulo formado.
If you want to have a smaller flower, you must fold the leaf, chop it into four parts, and use each of these cuts to make the triangle, remember that it must be folded again after having a triangle formed.

Gracias, la verdad es que amo salir de compras, pero la situación económica del país y la pandemia han despertado mi deseo de rehusar algunas cosas viejas, dándoles una nueva vida.
