Hello friends of HIVE, today is November 24, 2020 in my country, the 254th day of quarantine, although we have lived an intense year, I am grateful to God, for allowing me to enjoy health, and to be able to be with my children in these difficult days .
Hoy recuerdo un saludo con un lenguaje coloquial, el cual acostumbraba a usar muchas veces, cuando me preguntaban: ¡Hola como estas que has hecho!, yo respondía de una forma irónica, todo bien, no he hecho nada, todo lo compro hecho. Hoy no podría responder de la misma forma, ya que desde que comenzó la cuarentena, me propuse hacer casi todo, desde hacer los tapabocas para los miembros de mi familia hasta hacer panes caseros.
Mis sandalias antes de ser renovadas
Today I remember a greeting with a colloquial language, which I used to use many times, when they asked me: Hello, how are you, what have you done? I answered in an ironic way, all good, I have not done anything, I buy everything done. Today I could not answer in the same way, since since the quarantine began, I decided to do almost everything, from making masks for my family members to making homemade breads.
Trabajando desde casa
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la transformación de unas sandalias, las cuales no estaba usando por su deterioro a simple vista, la pintura se fue cayendo, pero las sandalias seguían en perfecto estado, ya que las suelas habían sido reemplazadas hace algún tiempo. Mi idea fue en un principio llevar las sandalias al zapatero para que las pintara, pero viendo que tenía tela de jean a la mano decidí convertirme en una emprendedora, solo necesitaba un poco de pegamento, la tela y tijera.
Today I want to share with you the transformation of some sandals, which I was not using due to their deterioration to the naked eye, the paint was falling off, but the sandals were still in perfect condition, since the soles had been replaced some time ago. My idea was at first to take the sandals to the shoemaker to paint them, but seeing that I had jean fabric on hand, I decided to become an entrepreneur, I just needed a little glue, the fabric and scissors.
Satisfecha con mi resultado
El procedimiento fue fácil y sencillo, solo debí sacar los patrones de las tiras de las sandalias y plantillas en la tela de jean, para luego usar el pegamento y unir la tela a las sandalias. No me lo van a creer pero solo me llevo medio día realizar la transformación de mis sandalias, de unas sandalia marrones pasaron a ser sandalias de jean. Estoy muy feliz de tener mis sandalias de jean ya que a menudo suelo usar pantalón de jean.
The procedure was easy and simple, I just had to remove the patterns of the sandals straps and insoles in the jean fabric, and then use the glue and join the fabric to the sandals. You will not believe it but it only took me half a day to make the transformation of my sandals, from brown sandals they became jean sandals. I am very happy to have my jean sandals as I often wear jean pants.

Espero que todos se animen y aprovechen este tiempo libre que tenemos motivo a la cuarentena y se conviertan en esos emprendedores que necesitamos en nuestro país. Aquí les muestro como me quedaron mis sandalias, aún le faltan algunos detalles, los cuales terminaré en los próximos días.
