Es un rico guiso de carne de cerdo el cual acompañe con espaguetis.
It is a rich pork stew which I accompanied with spaghetti.
Lo que necesitaremos para realizar el guiso son los siguientes materiales:
Carne.
Papas
Cebolla
Ají
Espinacas
Orégano
What we will need to make the stew are the following materials:
Meat.
Potatoes
Onion
Chili
Spinach
Oregano
Bueno lo primero que hice fue picar la carne en pedazos y lavarla muy bien. Luego lo puse en una olla y agregué Dos tazas de agua y las papá picadas y lo tape.
Well the first thing I did was to chop the meat into pieces and wash it very well. Then I put it in a pot and added two cups of water and the chopped potatoes and covered it.
Pique los otros ingredientes y cuando empezó a hervir se los fuy agregando poco a poco y volví a tapar.
I chopped the other ingredients and when it started to boil I added them little by little and covered it again.
Después de varios minutos hirviendo le agregué color en polvo sal y caldo de pollo en polvo.
After several minutes of boiling I added color powder, salt and chicken broth powder.
Luego deje que hirviera por 10 minutos más y lo apagué. Y ya está lisTo el delicioso guiso.
Then I let it cook for 10 more minutes and turned it off. And the delicious stew is ready.
Vieron que es muy fácil y la verdad quedó demasiado sabroso.
You saw that it is very easy and the truth is that it is very tasty.
Lo serví con espaguetis...
