Yeah, we are entering totally uncharted terrains with this technology. Who knows how this will shape mankind. I think, as far as reachability, is concerned, it will be expensive at first (like how early smartphones were), but eventually, with each new version, it might get cheaper.
Yeah, I would personally wait for a few versions before trying it out myself (if at all, that is).
