April 8, 2023. Boswellia Serrata Extract May be Used to Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis

According to this article, H15, a Boswellia serrata extract was effective treating rheumatoid arthritis by assessing joint swelling, joint pain, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), joint stiffness, and additional use of NSAIDs.

H15 is a standardized extract of the gum resin of Boswellia serrata. One tablet contains 400 mg of the dried extract.

The doses used were of 2400 or 3600 mg for 1–6 months.
