Delicious Stir-Fried Beans Sprouts

Sprouted beans came from Green Mung beans. It’s a popular in asian dish, stir-fry or added in soup, even best raw added in salad . It’s also a common filling for vegetable spring-roll along with other vegetables. Beans sprouts are easily grown in a jar or in a cotton cloth, watered everyday and have to be well drained, after a few days sprouted beans are ready to harvest. A handful of Mung beans will go a long way.

Ingredients

Beans sprouts, as much as you like
Tofu
Capsicum, chopped
Carrot, chopped
Oyster sauce, 2 tbsp
Onion
Garlic
Salt and pepper

Preparations

  • Fry the Tofu and set aside. Once cooled down, slice it in a cube.

  • In a preheated pan with oil, Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.

  • Add the carrot and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add the capsicums and stir again until the vegetables are tender.

  • Add in the oyster sauce and mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes.

  • Next, add the fried tofu and Mix.

  • Lastly, add the bean sprouts and stir well to combine. Cook for a minute.

  • Season with salt and pepper.
