Siempre me ha llamado la atención hacer muchas cosas diferentes en la vida no me gusta volverme monótona, siempre es bueno saber un poco de todo y a diario me encargo de aprender nuevas cosas y experimentar para cuando se vuelva a repetir el proceso salga mucho mejor que el primero. Siempre digo, si haces las cosas con dedicación y sobre todo le pones amor a lo que estás realizando todo te saldrá bien.

Hace días tenía muchas ganas de comer dedos de quesos pero no me había puesto en la marcha y bueno pasaban los días y solo sentía las ganas de comer esos deliciosos dedos de quesos que tanto me gustan, en estos días monte un post y luego me puse a leer post de varios compañeros y me encuentro uno que llamo mucho mi atención, porque ya tenía ganas de comerlos y bueno es la amiga @Lisbethseijas quien aparece con una portada bastante llamativa y al ver ese post me puse a leer y me dije ya no dejar para después lo que desees y me di la tarea de hoy levantarme hacer algunas cosas en mi hogar y luego comenzar a preparar la masa para realizar estos deliciosos dedos de quesos que observarán en varias imágenes, acompañados de un café con leche que hice al final.

This is simple to do, first you must prepare the dough and then we have it ready we stretch it with the roller and when it is completely stretched and with a fine thickness we proceed to cut it into strips and then we roll up the pieces of cheese, In this way we proceed to place the pan on the stove and then we put oil on it to heat it and when it is at a good temperature we place and fry the Cheese Fingers, earrings always to not let them burn and get some golden and crunchy Cheese Fingers, here I will leave you several photos so you can observe the procedure much better.

Esto es simple de realizar, primero debes preparar la masa y luego que la tengamos lista la estiramos con el rodillo y cuando esté totalmente estirada y con un grosor fino procedemos a cortar en tiras y luego vamos enrollando los trozos de quesos, de esta manera procedemos a colocar el sartén en la hornilla y luego le colocamos aceite para que caliente y al estar a buena temperatura colocamos y freímos los dedos de quesos, pendientes siempre para no dejarlos quemar y lograr obtener unos dedos de quesos dorados y crujientes, aquí les dejaré varias fotos para que observen el procedimiento mucho mejor.
