An happy Thursday to all hivers here! It's a rainy and cold day of the end of November here in my city, but I spent a nice morning with my daughter @noemilunastorta and so I'm feeling in a very positive mood. I also bought a very good cinnamon black tea in a little shop close to my home and now I have a cup of that kind of hot tea in my hand while the air in my kitchen smell of Christmas time (the cinnamon make me think to Christmas ^_^ ).
After the lunch I worked on the large canvas I started days ago. It's a long work, but I'm pretty sure the final result will be good.
Now I'm here to share with you some pis of the work in progress (you can see the first steps here:
I need some other hours to finish this piece. I have to add some details, I have to finish to paint the lace collars and to give some touches on the background too, but I like how it's going on.
Stay tuned to see, in just few days, the final result of this oil painting on canvas.
Just to knnow, my furry friend Richy was close to me while I was writing the first part of this content, as you can see in the following pic:

This is a slightly older lady, maybe a relative? I like the colors that are so earthy.
