Sandwiches, according to me, are the best snack. They are tasty, filling and at the same time can be made super healthy. Normally when it comes to sandwiches, we think about breads, right? But I have a little surprise for you. Have you ever tried replacing the maida bread in a sandwich to something healthy? Let me share this super healthy and yummy sandwich recipe with you!

These are made with Potato as key ingredients and Onion, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds are added as taste enhancers. Let’s see this quick breakfast recipe.

Tomato Ketchup, Potato Chips/Fries

Ingredients:

• 2 Potatoes
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Green Chilly, finely chopped
• Curry Leaves
• 1 TBSP Mustard Seeds
• 200 gms Suji
• Sour Curd
• Salt
• ¼ TBSP Red Chilli Powder
• ¼ TBSP Turmeric Powder
• 2 TBSP Oil
• Butter

Step 1: Boil the Potatoes and mash to a fine mixture. Keep Aside.

Step 2: Take a pan, heat the oil. Add Mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add Curry Leaves and saute for 10 sec.

Step 3: Add Onion and cook until light brown. Add all the spices and mix well.

Step 4: Add the mashed potatoes and get a fine mixture.

Step 5: Now take Suji in a bowl. Add curd and salt and mix well. Add some water to make a perfect blend.

Step 6: Take a non stick pan and put a few drops of oil on it. Now spread the Suji mixture on a non-stick pan. And let it cook. Once it dries up on the pan, spread evenly the potato mixture and on the top, add another coating of Suji mixture.

Step 7: Now gently turn it upside down and let it cook on the other side as well.

Step 8: Once it turns brown and crisp on both sides, serve hot with tomato ketchup and chips.
