Hoy les vengo a hablar sobre mi experiencia bailando en el liceo

( Ohana )
Anualmente en mi liceo realizaban una '' Revista Gimnástica '' es un programa de baile en el que participan todos los grados del liceo, esta debe de durar 10 minutos como mínimo, cumpliendo requisitos como: Usar material de apoyo, dividir los minutos en estiramientos, pre calentamiento, calentamiento, gimnasia y baile libre
Organizarnos como salón para lograr llevar a cabo estas presentaciones no era tarea fácil, no todos sabían bailar o hacer gimnasia, sin embargo apoyándonos uno con los otros logramos un buen resultado
Como podrán ver nos llamábamos '' Ohana '' que significa familia en hawaiano y la familia nunca te abandona ni te olvida

Para poder ensayar presté mi casa ya que el patio es lo suficientemente espacioso para que entremos todos, entre instalar un buen sonido y ponerse cómodo siempre es importante antes de hacer cualquier actividad física estirarse bien para evitar lesiones o tensión en los músculos

A la hora de aprendernos una coreografía nueva era un desastre sin mentirles, algunos agarraban el paso rápido otros no, había que repetir lo mismo muchas veces y apoyarnos unos con otros
Para alguien que jamas bailo profesionalmente en su vida es difícil aprenderse tantos bailes uno tras otro pero con constancia y dedicación logran mejorar su manera de bailar
When it was time to learn a new choreography it was a disaster without lying to them, some were grabbing the fast pace others were not, we had to repeat the same thing many times and support each other For someone who has never danced professionally in his life, it is difficult to learn so many dances one after the other, but with perseverance and dedication, they manage to improve their dancing

Este ser maravilloso nos brindo su apoyo incondicional sin ninguna remuneración monetaria solo le bastaba con que todos aprendiéramos a bailar de manera profesional, el me demostró que el amor por lo que haces no tiene limites, dio todo su conocimiento a nosotros, nos soporto, tolero toda clase de niñería por parte de nosotros y aun así se quedo durante todo el proceso para apoyarnos y transmitirnos todo su talento
Juan es un coreo-grafo profesional y uno de los que me inspiro a ser mejor bailarina
This wonderful being gave us his unconditional support without any monetary compensation, it was only enough for him that we all learned to dance professionally, he showed me that the love for what you do has no limits, he gave all his knowledge to us, he supported us, he tolerated all kinds of childishness from us and yet he stayed during the whole process to support us and transmit all his talent
Juan is a professional choreographer and one of those who inspired me to be a better dancer

Cuando llegaba este día todo se volvía una locura en el aula de clases, unos practicando por allá, otros estirando y las mujeres maquillándonos o peinándonos, era un caos , pero cuando estábamos listos hacíamos 2 ensayos finales antes de salir al escenario, fueron gratos momentos junto a ellos como equipo
El baile en las instituciones tiene validez porque fomenta el sentido artístico a través de la propia creación, cuando como alumnos inventamos pasos nuevos para añadir a alguna coreografia, mediante estos ensayos nos volvemos mas sociables y el conocimiento cultural que se adquiere es fantástico

When this day arrived everything went crazy in the classroom, some practicing over there, others stretching and the women doing our make-up or hair, it was chaos, but when we were ready we did 2 final rehearsals before going on stage, it was great moments with them as a team
The dance in the institutions has validity because it foments the artistic sense through the own creation, when as students we invent new steps to add to some choreography, by means of these rehearsals we become more sociable and the cultural knowledge that is acquired is fantastic
