Heyyy waw it's good to know that I'm not the only one, as for soft drinks if you must stop drinking them they are very harmful, I only drink natural juices and now this also sweet alcoholic drink that I love hahaha

Yeah funny thing is that I know that it is harmful but yet I still do. Not much of natural juice here though.
I am thinking of taking yoghurt more often.
