They didn't do something right in the last folk, comments take to long to post if they post at all. I have to go check my comments to see if it's there then come back the next day to see if the recipient got it finally.

That's because Hivemind is still being optimized for speed. The speed issues will decrease, its just a temporary pain in the ass. Check them in transactions on hiveblocks.com or hiveblockexplorer.com.
