Like you I also get inspired by other content creators here in the community and I often mention them, when I've been inspired by them. What I also do is read news articles or watch videos to get inspired about certain topics and give it my own two cents; how do I feel about it, what is my opinion on it, etc.
What also often happens is that I write down my ideas for posts and when writing it sometimes takes another turn then I originally had in mind, but that's ok.
