Wowww. Had no idea. Didn't think they would take the time to actually reply to me unless I was the only one sending them emails about it.

They were really slow, I contacted them back in March and took almost 3 months to even get a response from a human.
I must admit it did take awhile to do something so simple.
That's funny, I also contacted them in April...I wonder how many people contacted them and why the hell it took them so long. They also don't even have the logo in there which is minor but bugs me.
