We allow ourselves to be seen for who we truly are when we are vulnerable. We are opening up and revealing our genuine selves, which requires enormous bravery. Vulnerability entails being real, honest, and true with ourselves and others, which can be difficult at times.

Being vulnerable might be challenging, but it can also provide wonderful rewards. It enables us to form meaningful relationships with people, establish trust, and discover more about ourselves. We may open ourselves up to a world of possibilities by gaining the courage to be vulnerable.
