Para mí, la felicidad consiste en momentos en los que soy consciente de lo que siento, de lo que estoy viviendo en ese instante, sea bueno o malo, de cambiar después de un mal rato que haya pasado, de reir, de llorar, de enojarse, de perdonar. El secreto es sentirse satisfecho con lo que se tiene, valorando cada detalle por pequeño que parezca, porque la vida es un regalo de Dios.
