I liked this post a lot! Time management is something I struggle with on & off so I change up my routines, etc to help myself work on it. You mentioned a lot of useful points in there, esp. with tackling the big thing first. Eat the Frog! I admit, I am getting better at this & you are right - it's amazing how productive you feel after that, despite what transpires throughout the day :)
