Yeah… nothing new…but now and then I talk with people from my health group, and it brings back everything, and I get really upset. One girl lost her job because she had a seizure at her workplace. Now she can’t afford her medication…😒she has to take three different pills, and one box costs more than three thousand dollars, plus she needs to pay for the other two also…How can she possibly afford that? Another girl received Stelara, which is for Crohn’s disease, and she also lost her job. Now she has to pay 25 thousand dollars every eight weeks!😡 She can’t manage that, and now her Crohn’s is active again. I mean, it’s just so fucked up. I’m also on Stelara, and I can’t imagine having to pay for it out of pocket. If you have insurance and a job in the US it’s possible to get your medication, but without a job and access to medicare or other assistance, you’re done. 😒😔

I mean, as I have heard - In US, even if you have medical insurance, prices are still high for most meds. If you don't have it, than I guess you should think about stealing meds you need or stealing money. I can not really imagine, I would have to live there, because US is a dump for usual Joe and heaven for corporations and banks. I'm not surprised that more and more americans are fleeing into Europe, south-east Asia, south America... because in US you can be working like cattle, and still not make it. People are killing each other because of political view. If wages in USA would keep up with inflation in last 50 years, worker should be paid around $80 per hour (minimal wage). Instead minimal wage in US is $7.5 per hour. So it should be around 11x higher.
