He and stress don't go together. I can't remember the last time I saw him stressed :) but yeah, if you mean me, that's easier said than done... I just need to calm down and stop thinking about whether it will happen again.

Most of us.. and negative stress do not go together. It's not just him. It is positive and negative stress. Positive is something like racing cars or biking down a slope. And negative is mostly psychological - it can be your boss or woman/man, you are living with... and it loads into your mind, and once (if you don't clear your mind with someone), you crash.
Yeah, positive stress is definitely going downhill with my bike 😂 Warm weather is starting! So I hope there will be more positive days than negativity in my life 💪 We probably all crash in our lives because of stress... but my body is warning me before I crash mentally... you know... seizure first 😒
