It is a long time since I was able to visit the sea and go for a swim. Life has been busy and full of responsibilities, so going to the sea has become very rare for me. But recently, I had the chance to go, and it felt like something I had been waiting for.
The sea I visited was not the usual kind of beach near the city. This one was located in a mountain area, so it was surrounded by tall trees and fresh plants. The air was cool and clean, and the whole place felt quiet and peaceful.
When I arrived, I felt like I could breathe more freely. The sound of the waves hitting the shore was calm, and the soft wind that touched my face gave me comfort. I had almost forgotten how relaxing it is to simply stand by the water and look at the view lol. Swimming in the sea was refreshing, and it made me stress free for a moment.
I noticed how different this beach was compared to the busy ones I used to visit before. Since it was in the mountain part, there were fewer people around. The place was quiet, with only the sound of birds from the trees and the gentle rush of the water. It felt like a hidden paradise, away from the noise of daily life.
This two are my cousin who is with me during the moment, vlearly they enjoyed too since most of the selfies of my phone are their faces, I feel happy seeing them laughing like this, I knew they enjoyed too and it made me feel good.
Then I met a dog, a cute brown one that seemed to belong to the place. It came walking near me while I was resting by the shore. The doog looks friendly as it came towards me. I could not resist smiling and giving it a little attention. It stayed for a while.
As the day went on, I spent more time just soaking in the surroundings. I swim, walked along the shore, and simply enjoyed the view of the sea meeting the mountains. The trees gave a shade that made the place even more comfortable, and I realized that this was exactly what I needed, a break from the usual routine, a chance to slow down and feel connected with nature again. Because I know next week would be full of stress again from school.
Before leaving, I sat down for one last look at the sea. The waves were still moving gently, and the wind still carried that peaceful feeling. I thought about how long it had been since I last had this kind of relaxation, and I promised myself that I would not wait too long before coming back again. Visiting this beach reminded me that sometimes, the best way to heal and recharge is simply to spend time in nature.
This day by the sea was not just about swimming, but about finding peace, slowing down, and appreciating life’s simple joys. I felt undwind and I realized that I needed this break to calm my mind from the chaos lately due to some personal reasons also. I hope next time I visit this sea it would still be this calm and green and clean, it instantly became one of my favorite places to go .
Whenever you need a peaceful break, I think visiting the sea would help. That one you visited looked so calm so try to visit it often, esp during hard times 😉
