Hola gente bonita de Hive, hoy vengo a mostrarles 4 páginas que me funcionaron para conseguir empleo, cada una de ellas con una modalidad diferente pero con un fin común que es ayudarte a conseguir empleo, también quiero contarte un poco de como fue mi proceso en esta búsqueda.
Hello beautiful people of Hive, today I come to show you 4 pages that worked for me to get a job, each of them with a different modality but with a common purpose which is to help you get a job, I also want to tell you a little of how was my process in this search.
Comencemos, hay ciertos puntos que tenemos que tener claros a la hora de buscar empleo, como:
- Qué sé hacer?
- Qué trabajo me gustaría conseguir?
- Como quiero trabajar? (Tiempo completo, medio tiempo, presencial, remoto)
- Cuanto quiero ganar? (sean muy realistas)
Luego de tener estos puntos claros surge la gran pregunta, Y ahora donde busco?? Y vengo yo a facilitarte la existencia jajjaj

- What job would I like to get?
- How do I want to work (full time, part time, face to face, remote)?
- How much do I want to earn (be very realistic)?

1.LinkedIn
Okk, está página me gusta bastante y fue la que me funcionó, es muy parecida a Facebook, te creas un perfil con tu información laboral, donde estudiaste, que haces y que sabes hacer. Luego de esto la misma página te envía notificaciones de acuerdo a tu perfil, por ejemplo, tu perfil se amolda a esta empresa, tu perfil encaja con esta compañía y ahí vas revisando, puedes conseguir empleo en cualquier parte del mundo y como no, en el buscador colocas lo que buscas, ejemplo, asistente virtual, asesor de ventas, diseñador gráfico y así vas.
De verdad está página es muy buena y es una de las más usadas a nivel mundial. Aquí es más común conseguir empleo para una compañía que como Freelancer.

2. Fiverr
En Fiverr puedes trabajar como Freelancer, creas tu perfil laboral y colocas que estás buscando para trabajar, es más por proyectos, claro está si a la persona le gusta tu trabajo pueden establecer buenas relaciones laborales.
Aquí es muy importante el tema del pago, si tienes Paypal no tienes problemas pero si estás en Venezuela como yo y no tienes Paypal es bueno que cuentes con alguna plataforma online que sea segura y puedas recibir dinero, yo no sé mucho de este tema pero si tu sabes de alguna plataforma confiable dejala en los comentarios👇🏻👇🏻
In Fiverr you can work as a Freelancer, you create your work profile and put what you are looking for to work, it is more for projects, of course if the person likes your work you can establish good working relationships.
Here is very important the payment issue, if you have Paypal you have no problems but if you are in Venezuela like me and you do not have Paypal is good that you have some online platform that is safe and you can receive money, I do not know much about this topic but if you know of any reliable platform leave it in the comments👇🏻👇🏻
3. Workana
Esta es de mis favoritas, aunque es de las más complicadas para obtener los permisos y poder postularte a los proyectos, debes tener un perfil súper claro y muy muy explicito con todos los empleos que has tenido y muy especifico con tus habilidades, dependiendo el nivel que manejes de otro idioma tienes que hacer una prueba para validar tu nivel en el idioma, colocas el precio que quieres cobrar por hora y lo que más me gusta de está página es lo segura que es, todo lo tienes que acordar por la plataforma, con pagos, las modalidades de trabajo, todo porque si hay algún inconveniente tienes el respaldo de la página.

Aquí funciona como intermediario entre profesionales y empresas de todo el mundo, igual creas tu perfil y puedes añadir tu lista de habilidades para poder aplicar a los empleos que más se asemejen a tu perfil, la verdad esta no la he utilizado pero si me han dicho que es muy buena para trabajar por proyectos.

Para cualquiera de estás plataformas lo más importante es tu descripción, debes saber venderte y demostrarle a las empresas que estas capacitado para trabajar y cumplir, recuerda que la mayoría de estas empresas califican tu perfil según los proyectos que hayas realizado, entonces debes ser muy responsable con cada uno de los proyectos de hagas.
OJO PELAO No es fácil y menos en este mundo donde todo es online y puedes conectarte con personas de cualquier parte del mundo y la competencia es mayor, debes ser constante para poder obtener resultados. Yo pase 5 meses enviando mi CV a muchísimas empresas por muchas plataformas como estas y otras que no mencione, tuve al rededor de 13 entrevistas de empleo con personas de México, USA, España, Colombia y Venezuela, al final lo conseguí pero de verdad no fue fácil, debes ser paciente y de verdad muy sincero con las empresas, si sabes otro idioma de verdad decir que nivel manejas porque si te envían un trabajo de inglés avanzado por ejemplo no vas a saber hacerlo y vas a tener que buscar a alguien que te ayude y al final no te van a recomendar ni te van a volver a contactar para que trabajes. Entonces CONSTANCIA, PACIENCIA Y HONESTIDAD para conseguir el empleo que tanto quieres.

I spent 5 months sending my CV to many companies through many platforms like these and others that I did not mention, I had around 13 job interviews with people from Mexico, USA, Spain, Colombia and Venezuela, in the end I got it but it really was not easy, you must be patient and really very sincere with the companies, if you really know another language say what level you speak because if they send you an advanced English job for example you are not going to know how to do it and you will have to look for someone to help you and at the end they are not going to recommend you and they are not going to contact you again for you to work. So CONSTANCE, PATIENCE AND HONESTY to get the job you want so much.

Hola, de las que mencionas he utilizado Freelancer y Linkedin, como dices no es fácil conseguir, hay que tener paciencia. Oye, ¿y por qué no te has abierto una cuenta de PayPal? Es fácil, yo también estoy en Venezuela y hace años que utilizo esta plataforma de pago, ¡saludos!
Porque una amiga tenía una cuenta Paypal pero no estaba verificada por alguna tarjeta de crédito y al momento en el que intentó retirar dinero no pudo porque le pedían una tarjeta de crédito y perdió el dinero
Qué raro eso, pero su dinero seguro está ahí pero retenido... quizás piden verificación con tarjeta de crédito para algunas transacciones pero para recibir y enviar dinero no hace falta, yo no tengo tarjeta asociada y hace varios años que uso PayPal.
