Welcome to the third day of our epic adventure, Ride De India 2017!
On this day, August 7th, 2017, we set out to explore the breathtaking beauty of Malshej Ghat.
The day began on a relaxed note as we enjoyed a late morning. Eager to satisfy our taste buds, we each took up a role in preparing breakfast.
Manu delighted us with his flavorful chutney, Sharath showcased his culinary skills by making mouthwatering dosas, and I brewed a fresh pot of coffee.
Our homemade breakfast turned out to be a delightful treat, setting a perfect start for our day.
Around 2 pm, we finally bid adieu to our cozy abode and embarked on a two-hour journey to Malshej Ghat.
Upon arriving at Malshej Ghat, we were greeted by an awe-inspiring sight. The lush green landscape unfolded before our eyes, painting a picture of serenity and tranquility.
The sheer abundance of greenery was unlike anything we had ever witnessed before, rivaled only by the mesmerizing beauty of Kudremukh.
Carrying a delicious stash of pakodas with us proved to be a brilliant decision. We couldn't resist stopping at a picturesque spot to relish the delectable snacks. As we indulged in the crispy goodness, we marveled at the surrounding beauty.
Rejuvenated and energized, we resumed our journey, venturing deeper into the wonders of Malshej Ghat. Every turn and every ascent revealed breathtaking views that seemed straight out of a dream.
As we ventured further through the path that went through boulders, an enchanting lake came into view. The sight was nothing short of magical, with the tranquil waters reflecting the beauty of the surrounding landscape. It was a moment of pure bliss, a testament to nature's artistry.
Our adventure took an exciting turn as we stumbled upon the Malshej Ghat tunnel. Crossing through it, we were rewarded with a mesmerizing sight on the other side.
Majestic mountains adorned with passing fog created a surreal ambiance, intermittently revealing their grandeur before disappearing into the mist.
We couldn't resist capturing the captivating views in photographs, knowing that these memories would forever be etched in our hearts.
As we made our way back, we were pleasantly surprised when a group of people approached us, requesting to take pictures with us.
Eager to share our journey, I proudly mentioned my YouTube channel, hoping to connect with fellow adventurers and inspire others to explore the wonders of nature.
Nightfall greeted us as we stopped at Hotel Sadhguru for a well-deserved dinner.
A plate of piping-hot aloo parathas with a generous dollop of butter brought us comfort and contentment after a long day of exploration.
While savoring the delicious flavors, we received an exciting text message from Powerdrift, who informed us of a surprise waiting for us the next morning.
Curiosity piqued, we eagerly anticipated what lay ahead, adding an extra dash of excitement to our already memorable day.
As the day came to a close, we returned to Sharath's place, cherishing the memories we had created during our expedition through the stunning Malshej Ghat.
From the captivating greenery to the tantalizing pakodas and the awe-inspiring views of the lake and mountains, every moment was a testament to the beauty and grandeur of nature.
With the promise of a surprise awaiting us the next day, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the incredible experiences that Ride De India 2017 had bestowed upon us so far.
As we retired for the night, we eagerly awaited the adventures that awaited us on the following day of our remarkable journey.
