Today I want to share with you my experience shopping with my mother, because we have already exhausted our food supply and decided to go back to buy the necessary things.
Buenos días, ante todo un cordial saludo a toda comunidad de Hive, en especial a la comunidad de Gems, espero que tengan un excelente inicio de semana.
El día de hoy quiero compartirles mi experiencia saliendo de compras con mi madre, debido a que ya hemos agotado nuestra reserva de comida y decidimos volver ir a comprar las cosas necesarias.
In Barquisimeto (Venezuela City), there is a Quarantine dictated by the national government, which states that you can only leave your home, unless it is to buy food and you can only go at certain times of the day, also you can not travel to other states in the country. This is why you don't see many people on the streets and not much traffic.
En Barquisimeto (Ciudad de Venezuela), existe una Cuarentena dictada por el gobierno nacional, la cual establece que solo se puede salir del hogar, a menos que sea para ir a comprar alimentos y solo se puede en ciertas horas del día, ademas no se puede viajar a otros estados del país. Por esto no se ven muchas personas en las calles y tampoco mucho tránsito vehicular.
We traveled through the main avenues, to go to some super markets, but we found most of them closed, the streets were free of vehicles, it seems a ghost town, there are very few people, and those who are on the streets all have their respective mouths. We also saw many police forces in many places, all patrolling areas, and enforcing quarantine orders, and mandatory use of the mask.
Transitamos por las principales avenidas, para ir a algunos super mercados, pero nos encontramos con la mayoría de ellos cerrados, las calles estaban libres de vehículos, parece una ciudad fantasma, hay muy poca gente, y los que están por las calles todos tienen su respectivo tapabocas. También vimos muchas fuerzas policiales en muchos sitios, todos patrullando zonas, y haciendo cumplir las ordenes de cuarentena, y uso obligatorio del tapabocas.
There are very few establishments open, but we decided to go to a franchise of pharmacies, which also has allowed the sale of food, there we could buy medicines, and food.
When we arrived, we were surprised to find that they give us excellent service, because the line is made with 1m of distance between people, and when we entered they gave us some anti-bacterial to disinfect our hands. Crowds are not allowed either, very few people enter, and the rest must wait outside, it's a very cool idea, this prevents the spread of Covid-19-
Hay muy pocos establecimientos abiertos, pero decidimos ir a una franquicia de farmacias, que ademas tiene permitida la venta de víveres, allí pudimos comprar medicinas, y comida.
Al llegar nos encontramos con la sorpresa que tiene una excelente atención, pues la cola se hace con 1m de distancia entre personas, y al entrar nos dieron un poco de anti-bacterial para desinfectar nuestras manos. Tampoco están permitidas las aglomeraciones, entran muy pocas personas, y el resto debe esperar afuera, es una idea muy genial, con esto se evita la propagación del Covid-19-

Al momento de pagar, también proceden a desinfectar tus manos, tu tarjeta de débito, y cédula de identidad.
At the end of the day, we had our food supply back to continue to comply with the quarantine.
So if it is possible to go shopping in quarantine, without any problem, we must try to go to the places indicated for the sale of food, those that meet the requirements of public attention, and with the proper health standards. We must remember that the use of the mouthpiece is of utmost importance, and neither is the use of gloves wrong.
We must be aware of how quickly this virus spreads, and we must not go out in public places with many people, to avoid becoming infected and putting our families and loved ones at risk.

Al final del día, teníamos de nuevo nuestra reserva de comida para seguir cumpliendo la cuarentena.
Entonces si es posible ir de compras en cuarentena, sin ningún problema, hay que tratar de ir a los sitios indicados para la venta de comida, aquellos que cumplan con los requitos de atención al publico, y con las normas sanitarias debidas. Debemos recordar que el uso del tapabocas es de suma importancia, y tampoco esta mal el uso de guantes.
Debemos tomar conciencia, de cuan rápido se propaga este virus, y no debemos salir a lugares públicos con muchas personas, para evitar contagiarnos y poner en riesgo a nuestras familias y seres queridos.
