Buenas tardes comunidad @GEMS el dia de hoy les comparto una receta para compartir en familia. Yo en esta ocacion quise realizarle algo especial que le encanta a mi esposa y mi hija, Alitas de pollo fritas con pure de papa y ensalada coleslaw.
Good afternoon @GEMS community today I share a recipe to share as a family. On this occasion I wanted to make something special that my wife and daughter love, fried chicken wings with mashed potatoes and coleslaw salad.
Receta:
Alitas de pollo
Harina de trigo
Papas
Zanahoria
Repollo
Condimentos (adobo, cubito, pimienta, curry, salsa soya).
Prescription:
Chicken wings
Wheat flour
Potato
Carrot
Cabbage
Condiments (marinade, cube, pepper, curry, soy sauce).
Preparación:
En un recipiente colocamos las alitas y mezclamos con los condimentos (adobo, cubito, pimienta, curry, salsa soya) para posteriormente rebozarlos con la harina de trigo.

Luego de rebozar en harina de trigo, colocamos las alitas en un sarten con aceite bien caliente y la colocamos a freir.

Conjuntamente colocamos en una olla con agua las papas para que se cocinen para preparar el puré de papa. A mi esposo le encanta con mantequilla y queso rallado. Para la ensalada Con la ayuda del rallo, rallamos la zanahoria y el repollo y aderezamos con mayonesa y azúcar.
