- a pineapple
- 1kg wheat flour
- 1kg sugar
- 12 eggs
- 500g butter
- 750ml Milk
Process
- first of all, we must cut the pineapple into slices, cut it as round as possible! and make the candy for which you will cover the pineapple
- Step 2: in the blender add the butter with the sugar and mix on high speed for about 10 minutes! then add the yellow of the eggs one by one and mix! the mixture should come out smooth and silky
- then add the flour and milk alternately at low speed
- having the mix ready! We pour it into another bolw. since we will use the mixer to mount the whites of my eggs to add fluffiness to our cake. when the whites turn very white and have grown quite a bit! we incorporate them into mix 1 with soft and enveloping movements.!
- almost finished. let's pour our cake mixture into the mold where we have the pineapple with the caramel ready! and we take them to bake about 40 minutes at 180 degrees
- already removed from the oven. unmold while hot and wait for it to cool down! then place in a container in which you are going to serve it and that's it! I put half a cherry on each one for decoration!
