Nature is home, for me it's very humbling to be part of something so enormous and at the same time being just a small part of it all... it's really my medicine in times of turmoil and often inspires me to do these musical experiments

Wonderful, nature is the same for me. The best therapy ever and soothing place for moments of distress
Yes, nothing better to ground, I really have to battle a few issues and for me it has been a solid therapy, plus it inspires and makes me happy
