i am back with another recipe, it is muton handi, and very easy to cook, we need simple ingredients to cook it, so i cooked it, but it will take time in cooking, it is different dish of food, so i like it very much, and i love too cook it, but here one things is very much interesting about this recipe it that we will cook it on wood fire, some people cooks it on gas or without wood fire, but i believe it, that cook fire add more taste in this dish so if you want to increase of this dish taste then use wood fire for cooking this dish. and you will get unique taste of this dish.
ingredients
- onion
- oil
- mutton meat
- red chilli pepper
- salt
- water about two liter
- garlic past
- ginger past
- haldi
Method
in first step we will cut the meat into pieces, then onion will be cut into small pieces , garlic paste, ginger past
- in 2nd step first boiled the water , then put all onion, meat, into the hot water, this step is very understandable, because some people do not put onion, meat into the water, they fry separate, but we are going to cook mutton handi this way is superb and oldest way of cooking it,it is also traditional way
you can see i added every things in pot , now i will cook them, when half water will remain in the handi, so do not worry, we will still wait when all water will dry
