Hello hivers❤,Working in harmony is very important in the kitchen or any organization.As it is an act of working together as a team in a very good and peaceful manner in the kitchen.
This helps makes the work easier and faster for each individual working in the kitchen,Because we are already working as one and we are eager and willing to assist each other without hesitation.It also helps when it comes to production,As we can share ideas on how to make a products quality firm and up to the company standard.
Working in harmony in the kitchen, I will say is the most important between the kitchen staff,Because we all have to be in good terms for work to go smoothly and to be able to communicate with one another.Situation might also warrant us to request for assist from our colleague and that I think will be impossible without having harmony between the kitchen staffs.
