HOLA 👋 mi gente bonita Feliz y bendecido Martes e inicio de mes espero esten muy bien, yo estoy mejor gracias a Dios, pero mi abuelo fue diagnosticado con covid luego les estará contando como va eso en mi vida, hoy les traigo una receta que les había hecho pero no había podido publicarla por la misma razón de la enfermedad de mi abuelo, bueno esta receta se trata de unos Exquisitos Mejillónes Guisados acompañados con arroz y platano.

HELLO 👋 my beautiful people Happy and blessed Tuesday and the beginning of the month I hope you are very well, I am better thank God, but my grandfather was diagnosed with covid then he will be telling you how that goes in my life, today I bring you a recipe that I had done but had not been able to publish it for the same reason as my grandfather's illness, well this recipe is about Exquisite Stewed Mussels accompanied with rice and banana.

   📝 Ingredientes:

• 1 kilo de Mejillónes
• 1 pimenton 🫑
• 1 tomate 🍅
• 1 cebolla 🧅
• 1/2 taza de perejil y cilantro🌿
• 1/2 taza de aceite
• 1 cda de ajo machacado 🧄
• 1 cda de fécula de maíz
• Adobo

📝 Ingredients:

• 1 kilo of mussels
• 1 paprika
• 1 tomato 🍅
• 1 onion
• 1/2 cup of parsley and cilantro🌿
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
• Marinade

👩‍🍳 Preparación:

• Lo primero que hacemos es lavar y picar en cuadritos pequeños la cebolla, el pimenton y el tomate, al tomate le quite la concha.

• Luego coloque un caldero a fuego alto le agregamos la media taza de aceite y en lo que este bien caliente le agregamos la cucharada de ajo junto con la cebolla dejamos cristalizar.

• Para añadir el pimenton revolvemos, dejamos sofreir un par de minutos y agregamos el tomate e integramos.

• Una vez los aliños hayan soltados sus jugos le añadimos un poco de onoto para darle color y sazonamos con adobo al gusto, dejamos sofreir un poco más.

• Luego agregamos los mejillones y revolvemos para integrar con los aliños y comiencen a guisar.

• El agua donde teníamos los mejillones la colamos y la echamos en el caldero junto con los aliños y los mejillones, le ponemos un poco mas de adobo y tapamos para dejar que se guisen los mejillones.

• We strain the water where we had the mussels and put it in the cauldron together with the dressings and the mussels, we put a little more marinade and cover to let the mussels cook.

• A medida que los mejillones se vayan guisado vamos añadiendo lo que nos falta, ahora picamos bien chiquitito el monte y se lo añadimos al guiso para que le den más gusto.

• Para que la salsa de los mejillones se espese, tomamos media taza de agua le agregamos la fécula de maiz la batimos y le agregamos esta mezcla a los mejillones.

• En lo que la salsa espece y esto es opcional, le agregue esta hoja maravillosa que se llama culantro me encanta el sabor que le da a las comidas con moluscos, dejamos un minuto más, apagamos.
