Good day everyone, how are you, hope you are fine and also in good health, hygiene living is very important and good, because it's helps us to be clean and neat. there are numerous things that hygiene living does in our lives and environments.
Firstly let me explain what is hygiene living. Hygiene living refers to practices and habits that promote cleanliness, health, and neatness, it's includes; personal hygiene, just as taking our bath, showering, washing our hands after using the rest room,( toilet 🚽) environmental Hygiene is very important and essential to be practiced daily, wereby we clean the living spaces, proper waste disposal, keeping the surroundings surface clean and neat.. food hygiene, helps alot, it's prevent us from contacting food or consuming food poison. When we expose our food in dirty, when eaten, it's affects our well-being and health. In other for it's to be avoided, food hygiene is needed
Good hygiene living helps prevent many things just as, infections, illnesses, spreading of diseases, it's also helps and promotes, physical health , mental well-being, social confidence and high self-esteem . Dirty environment discourages growth of the environment, it's makes us uncomfortable and unsecure. It's leads to poor growth in Productivity. That's is why environmental cleanliness is very essential and good to be practiced.
Clean environment releases fresh air quality and reduces high mental tension. It's reduces mental stress and anxiety in us, when our environment is clean, it's refreshes the environment and keep it cool. Environmental sanitization release fresh air quality and breathing.
