In life, if one doesn't plan to succeed. He must surely plan to fail. 2024 is here and I have many things to achieve here on hive. I know many have a lot to achieve too. Do you care to know what I want to achieve here? Hehe, I know that @cleanplanet and @nwothini335 are bent to hear. Alright, let me share it with you then
What I planned to achieve with Hive this year
My first plan is to grow my reputation from 62 to 72. You know, reputation grows when their is an upvotes and, upvotes is earnings. That means, I will have enough Hive power to upvote other author's. Apart from my reputations, I want to grow my Hive power to 1,000 or more this year. I also want to accumulate 10,000 planet tokens before this year runs out. When it comes for Leo token, I want to accumulate 5,000 this year.
I will join all zealy campaigns that will take place this year. I will make many friends here by engaging with their post and upvotes them. Before the middle of this year, I must get a better phone through my earnings here on Hive
What I think that add to the growth of Cleanplanet
This question is very important. Because what we need is growth as days goes by instead of remaining the way we are. Instead of organizing contest twice in a month, let it be weekly contest. Then encourage all commuting members to participate in the weekly contest. Apart from that, once in a while, the community Admins/Moderators can organize a space on X so that we the community members can hear their voices. We can discuss some challenges we are facing during cleaning activities and use that avenue to encourage others.
Many are not used to Discord but can be trained on that. When it comes for our weekend game's and hangout, some do forget including me. If their will be a WhatsApp group where community members will be reminded of our Hangouts and games, it will help us to have more poeple join us on discord. Those who are not used to it can now be trained on that.
What steps I and the community should take to achieve this.
Change begins from me. Now that we have planned all these things, personally I will always engage in the community contest, I will also invite my friend's to join. Once the community approved for X spaces, I will always be there. As for the night games and Hangouts, I will always try to make myself available. Because it's for growth and development of the community.
On my own plan, I will try not to stay a day without post. I will do more of power up instead of cashing out. With that, I will be able my plans on hive.

You have great plans dear, growing from reputation 62 to 72 is not going to be an easy thing but with delibrate effort it's possible. We are growing in the community and things need to be done differently.
