There is a saying that "when pursing a Goal and it is not achieve yet, you continue pursing the Goal". I'm actually the mindset and the Brain begin the word, I came to start using it when I first purse for a profession but it didn't work out as planned, then I came up with this when pursing a Goal and it is not achieve yet, you continue pursing the Goal and as God may have it the word has been a motivator to me because in life stuffs like these are constant, at a point in your life you may feel like you are not making any progress and the worse it that you are sure you have been putting in enough efforts, then here comes another edge "When you Best are not Enough, Continue untill it becomes Enough" Yes!! A lot of people do say I have tried my best and your are not seeing good results then, your best are still not enough, you have to keep trying.
I have been in a situation where it looks like I wasn't progressing at all, then I have to go back to my drawing board and I started checking what and what have I not done and the one's which I have did where should it supposed to take me to, but sometimes you may not be able to give an answer to those questions and you see it is somewhere when you start feeling that way and if proper time is not taken, one may begin to feel discouraged, maybe start thinking to stopping moving on and putting more efforts.
One of the acts which I used during situations like this was asking questions Yes! I met with people who are actually higher than me in the system and I details my process so far and allow them tell me their opinion and I was able to meet with 3 different person, they were pointing out the same thing, and there's a huge progress but to me I wasn't seeing it.. Another thing I did was taking a lit break, not stop the Activity but I took a break as an individual and watch from a far, it made me to realize that one can't appreciate him or her self rather others will do. Then I found out myself how progressive I was and I have been, them I have to return fully active and since then, everything have been going well, no Stagnant feeling.
