Hello Cleanplanet Lovers
How r u all? I hope u all are fine and doing well. Today I wake up late in the morning because I had a serious back pain from 2 days. Yesterday evening we had a football match and there I ran too much so because of that my backbone was hurting me. I took tablet yesterday night before sleep which gives me some energy and it reduces the pain slightly. Nowadays as you all know that our foods and dairy products are not original may be this is the reason we are not gaining the vitamins and minerals which our body needs in such quantity.
Giving you guys a brief story of the yesterday's match that how much week I feel normally but during my match time I give extra energy because football is my drug. Our coach decided to make the juniors play this match and between them we were only four senior players playing with them, making the game for them and fortunately they all played well and we won the match on penalties. In the ground the score was 1 each, from our side I scored a beautiful goal and then they equalized the goal and it goes on the penalties. During penalties our goalkeeper performance was outstanding, he saved all three penalties and we scored the first three penalties.
