Hello everyone and welcome to my post. it is a new day and i am happy to have seen the beautiful light of today.
i woke up feeling very good. immediately, i went out to do my morning routine which went well. this is weekend, so i did some exercise. push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks and i went for a morning walk afterwards. i came back, did some stretching then head to the bath room to have a warm bath.
it is actually crazy how the price of things has spiked up in my country. the naira to dollar exchange is on the high side and nothing is being done about it. we live in a world where the politicians do not care about anything but their stomach. the killings by terrorist and thieves is on the high side and the security are not wanting to do anything about it. i always ask my self where to go from here. to the left where nothing is right or to the right where nothing is left. all i can hope for is the intervention of a higher entity.
anyways, i went out today to do my cleaning activities and it went really well. the pictures to it are below and i hope it motivates you all to join the train.
